GP (فیملی ڈاکٹر) کے پاس رجسٹر ہوں

پہنچتے ہی اپنی رہائش کے قریب کسی GP surgery (کلینک) میں رجسٹر ہوں۔ England میں رجسٹریشن کے لیے پتے کا ثبوت، شناخت یا امیگریشن اسٹیٹس دکھانا ضروری نہیں۔

آپ کو کیا چاہیے

Your name, date of birth and address (a temporary address is fine if you do not have a permanent one).
The name and address of an emergency contact.
Details of your previous GP, if you had one.
For a child: their red book (personal child health record) if you have it, and sometimes proof that you are the parent or guardian.

عام غلطیاں

Waiting until you are ill to register. Do it as soon as you have an address.
Thinking you need ID, proof of address or a visa to register in England. You do not, even if a surgery asks.
Registering far from home without asking how home visits and local services will work.
